Your perfect weight

For most people, every new year is always the same. We make our list of resolutions about what we want to change and for 99% of us it never happens. Why? Well there can be many reasons but the most common is lack of purpose or setting our expectations too high. This does not mean we have failed in our desire to achieve a better you.

Every human body is different for starters. What works for you may and for most not work for someone else. When we are born the genes that make up the blueprint of our body we inherit from our parents. This blueprint is only a starting point. From there are bodies are subjected to deferent life styles based on our parents. The kind of food our parents feed us in the early years has much to do about how you will turn out as a fully grown adult.

Research has shown that depending on these various variables will determine if you will carry more body fat then someone else. When you add the other environmental variables in to the equation your body adjusts. Disease can also alter the final outcome as well if you are subjected to external conditions that were not part of your bodies original blueprint.

Emotion also has a huge baring on how your body will adapt also. If your depressed for example you may eat more or less depending on your condition. Another factor to consider is your basic habits. Going to the refrigerator and eating because you are bored or depressed is a habit that can be controlled or changed.

Most doctors I know will tell you that each body has a natural weight. That if you remove emotion distress and other outside influences your body will gravitate to this natural weight. Based on your bodies original blueprint. I know this for fact in my case. For years I have been considered skinny. As a tall and slender body structure there is only so much weight my bone structure can support. I generally hover around 145 to 150 pounds. I can still wear blue jeans that I wore in high school for example.

I have been accused of being able to eat the bottom out of a meal when I was young and had a hollow leg. Well of course that is not true. My body just processes food and the associated fats differently then others and all because of the combination of genes my parents gave me in my body blueprint.

Exercise and behavior change can have a huge effect on how our bodies process food. What kind of food also plays a key part of what are bodies can process and finally consistency of what you eat. If you drink 1 cup of coffee every morning and you don’t change this habit your body will get use to this one cup and any time you exceed this your body will behave differently. You overload the bodies ability. Your body becomes accustomed to what you give it. When you change and now start drinking two cups in the morning immediately your body notices the change. For a while you may not sleep right because now your body is processing more caffein then it is use too.

As long as you consistently eat and drink the same foods each day your body will continue to perform the same. When you introduce change then your body is forced to adapt to this change. That is why emotion and changes in hormone levels can cause you to gain or lose weight depending on your bodies blueprint.

So my advice is forget about the resolution. If you're goal is to lose or even gain weight start small and make small adjustments to your daily routine. The foods that you eat and drink. Of course eating healthy foods don’t hurt. Remember it will take some time for your body to adjust to its perfect weight. When it does you will know and please don’t worry about if you have more pounds then your friends. If you are a big person then you cannot force feed it to be skinny. Unless you want to go under the knife.

You have the body that was created from your parents blueprint. You can eventually change the final plan, but you can never force it, as it will always gravitate back to what was originally designed.

Albert Einstein

The fairest thing we can experience is the mysterious.

It is the fundamental emotion which stands at the cradle of true art and science.

He who knows it not and can no longer wonder, no longer feels amazement, is as good as dead, a snuffed-out candle.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift; that's why they call it the present!
